Providence Christian College is a Co-educational, non-denominational K-12 College with over 1100 students in Southern River, WA.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the following Part-time position  (0.43 FTE/16 hours per week) to commence asap or by no later than Monday, 14 July 2025:

Administration: Accounts Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our Finance team.

If you can tick the following boxes, we would love to meet you to discuss the possibilities:

• You are passionate about living out your Christian faith, and you are prepared to model, uphold and support the Ethos of the College and its Core Values.
• You are relational, friendly and open and work well within a Team.
• You hold a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, however, this is desirable but not essential.
• You have experience in a Finance or Administrative support role.
• You have proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
• You have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• You have excellent communication and organisational skills.
• You have a high level of discretion, confidentiality, honesty and integrity.

• Fee and Payment Support
• Administrative Duties

Additional Requirements:

• All applicants are required to attain and maintain a Working with Children Check clearance.
• A Current Police Clearance report.
• You will be expected to complete a Child Safety course as part of the induction process if you have not already done so.
• You must have the right to live and work in Australia (VEVO checks will be conducted to confirm your eligibility to work in Australia).
