The College has vacancies for two people to join our Administration Team.

We are seeking an Administration Assistant / Receptionist with high level data entry and typing skills, competent with the MS Office suite and familiar with school data management systems (Synergetic, SEQTA and PRISMS) is desirable.

We are also seeking an experienced Personal Assistant competent with the Microsoft Office products (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), proficient with word processing and data manipulation, and with the ability to provide high level administration service to the Deputy Principal – Head of Senior School, and Senior School leadership.
