  • Empower K-12 Faculty: Deliver high-impact pedagogical coaching and technical support across the school, specialising in empowering Junior School teachers with foundational AI literacy and consulting with Senior School educators on designing AI-resilient assessments and platform optimisation.
  • Oversee Digital Ecosystem: Provide strategic oversight for the K-12 digital learning environment, ensuring the holistic management and pedagogical integration of core platforms (e.g. SchoolBox, Edumate) and innovative AI tools to maximise instructional effectiveness.
  • Drive Staff Capability Building: Coordinate and lead comprehensive digital inductions and targeted AI literacy training for all teaching and support staff, significantly boosting their digital confidence and administrative efficiency.
  • Ensure Compliance and Governance: Serve as a subject matter expert on digital policy, ensuring all K-12 practices strictly comply with data privacy guidelines (Privacy Act), the Children’s Online Privacy Code, and future transparency laws for Automated Decision-Making, reporting key metrics to the AI Governance and Literacy Team and the Information Technology and eLearning (ITEL) Committee.
  • Manage Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate transparent communication with parents regarding the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program, digital citizenship, and the school’s strategic approach to integrating AI into their children’s education.

About You

  • You possess exceptional pedagogical expertise, a preferred minimum of 5 years of highly effective K-12 classroom teaching experience, and deep technical fluency, including advanced proficiency in Google Workspace for Education (Gemini / NotebookLM), demonstrated proficiency in SchoolBox, and an understanding of Edumate.
  • You are accredited with, or eligible to obtain accreditation from, the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
  • Using your high emotional intelligence, you effectively coach and empower staff across the Junior and Senior Schools.
  • You exhibit a strong command of data privacy, regulatory compliance, and ethical AI deployment, with proven experience in enforcing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) anonymisation protocols for AI systems.
  • You genuinely align with our school values: being aspirational and servant-hearted, bold and innovative, and faith-filled and spirit-led for Christ.
