We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Voice Tutor to join our music team in Term 3, 2025
The Role
- Position Type: Contractor (Part-time, 1 – 1.5 days per week)
- Commencement: Term 3, 2025
- Applications Close: Monday, 1st July 2025
As our new Voice Tutor, you’ll work with students from Years 2 to Year 12, helping them develop their vocal talent, build confidence, and explore performance opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging one-on-one vocal lessons
- Prepare students for AMEB exams, school performances, and competitions like the Victorian School Music Festival
- Lead our Primary Choir and Secondary Vocal Group weekly
- Collaborate with parents and staff to schedule lessons in line with the school timetable
- Grow and lead the voice program within our dynamic music department
What We’re Looking For
- An enthusiastic, experienced vocal tutor with a love for teaching young musicians
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A commitment to the Christian ethos and values of Northside Christian College
- Current Working With Children Check and Police Background Check
