About the Position: Applications are invited for the position of VCE Vocational Major Teacher from passionate teachers with a strong commitment to Christian education. There is also an opportunity for the right applicant to be separately offered a Position of Responsibility as Vocational Major Coordinator. This is a full-time, ongoing teaching position commencing Term 1 2025.

The College is seeking applicants who value applied learning, collaboration, and team teaching. The successful applicant will be an engaging educator and effective communicator with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
The Position of Responsibility as Vocational Major Coordinator may be offered in addition to a teaching role. The teaching role will include teaching some Vocational Major subjects.
The Vocational Major Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum and programs relating to the VCE-VM (Vocational Major) at Northside Christian College and reports directly to the Director of Senior School Learning. It is expected that the Vocational Major Coordinator will have some experience teaching the VCE-VM or VCAL (Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning).
Northside Christian College is located in a tertiary education precinct in the City of Whittlesea in Bundoora, Victoria.
