Principal

The central role of the Principal is to inspire and empower individuals within the College learning community. The major focus is on developing, maintaining and ensuring the outworking of the College Vision: ‘To be an inspirational Christian Learning community’.
The Committee of Management of Northside Christian Collegeis seeking a Principal to lead the learning community as a Kingdom-hearted servant-leader with a developmental Biblical focus. Key responsibilities include:
• Leadership and development of the College
• Spiritual development of staff and students
• Professional development of staff
• Oversight of curriculum and education
• Compliance and governance
• Budgeting and finance
• Community engagement
