Director of Secondary

Northside Christian College is seeking a faith-driven and experienced Director of Secondary to join our Executive Team. This executive position will commence in Term 1 2027. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to support a positive learning environment in the Secondary School at Northside.

About the Position:

• An initial full time three-year appointment to the position of Director of Secondar.
• Supporting Secondary School, with a key focus on building a strong and cohesive culture.
• Providing oversight and leading Secondary year level coordinators.
• Be part of the dynamic and supportive College Executive Team.

Three-year appointment to the position of Director of Secondary with an underlying ongoing teacher role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong personal commitment to the Christian faith and ability to provide spiritual and effective operational leadership of staff and students within the Secondary School.
• A deep commitment to and understanding of Christian education.
• Ability to generate strategic ideas for improvement, innovation and change, working in collaboration with the Executive Team and the Secondary School staff.
• Support the pastoral care, child safety, and wellbeing programs to support flourishing in the Secondary School.
• Maintain positive relationships with all members of the College Community.
• Demonstration of the College vision and values.
