Northside Christian College is seeking a faith-driven and experienced Director of Primary to join our Executive Team. This leadership role will begin in Term 1 2026. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to support a positive learning environment in the Primary School at Northside.

About the Position
A full-time ongoing Director of Primary commencing Semester 1, 2026.
- Providing oversight and effective operational leadership of the Primary Leadership Team.
- Be part of a dynamic and supportive College Executive Team.
- Three-year appointment to the position of Director of Primary with an underlying ongoing teacher role.
A position description has been included in the Employment Package for this position.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong personal commitment to the Christian faith and ability to provide Spiritual leadership of staff and students within the Primary School.
- A deep commitment to and understanding of Christian education.
- Ability to generate strategic ideas for improvement, innovation and change, working in collaboration with the Executive Team and the Primary School staff.
- Support the pastoral care, child safety, and wellbeing programs to support flourishing in the Primary School.
- Maintain positive relationships with all members of the College Community.
- Demonstration of the College vision and values.
