Northside Christian College is seeking a faith-driven and experienced Business Manager (Director of Corporate Services) to join our Executive Team. This role ensures the sustainability, compliance, and continuous improvement of business functions, providing strategic and operational leadership across finance, facilities, corporate services, and risk to ensure the sustainable stewardship of the College’s resources.

About the Position

• A full-time Business Manager (Director of Corporate Services) position commencing Term 2 2026.
• Provide high-level advice to the Principal and Committee of Management (Board).
• Lead the design and implementation of systems, processes, and digital solutions that support growth, compliance, and excellent service to students, families, and staff in alignment with the College’s Christian mission.
• Be part of the dynamic and supportive College Executive Team. Three-year appointment to the position of Business Manager (Director of Corporate Services).

What We’re Looking For

• Strong personal commitment to the Christian faith and ability to provide spiritual and effective operational leadership of staff and students within the Secondary School.
• A deep commitment to and understanding of Christian education.
• Ability to generate strategic ideas for improvement, innovation and change, working in collaboration with the Executive Team and Committee of Management/Board.
• Maintain positive relationships with all members of the College Community.
• Demonstration of the College vision and values.
