K-12 Christian School in the Upper Blue Mountains
Mountains Christian College is seeking a passionate and innovative K-6 Teacher who is keen to positively impact
the lives of children and young adults in the Upper Blue Mountains.
Mountains Christian College is a growing school, situated on 16 hectares overlooking the beautiful Kanimbla
Valley in Blackheath. The College caters for approximately 180 students from K – 12. The College’s vision is
developing character, compassion, purpose and learning through Christ.
The successful applicant will:
- Be an active and passionate Christian, able to accept and live out the College’s Statement of Beliefs.
- Be an active member of a Church.
- Have familiarity with the NSW and Australian curriculum.
- Demonstrate a passion for and skill in teaching.
- Be an effective team member.
- Have appropriate tertiary teaching qualifications, including NSW teacher accreditation.
- Hold a current valid Working with Children Check.
This position is a permanent position, commencing in Term 1, 2027.
