We are currently seeking a Head of People & Community. This position is a valued member of the executive team, with responsibility for supporting all people and community aspects of the College. The role entails the provision of strategic and operational support and advice on human resources and compliance matters that align and support the College’s vision and values through recruitment and selection, onboarding and induction, employee relations, policy development and compliance activities.

The successful applicant will be a committed Christian who demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly developed time management skills and knowledge of employment law and compliance standards.
