Head of PDHPE

Commencing Term 1, 2026 MidCoast Christian College is an expanding, Christ-centred school of over 800 students, situated in the Greater Taree region on the beautiful mid-north coast of NSW. A vacancy has arisen for a Head of PDHPE (Secondary). Essential Selection Criteria The successful applicant must:

• be a practising Christian, active in a church and subscribe to the Statement of Faith;
• demonstrate an understanding of and an ability to teach from a Christian perspective;
• have strong administrative, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• have demonstrated leadership capacity and
• be able to lead teachers to continually improve the teaching and learning of the Secondary PDHPE KLA.

• a separate CV in which the applicant addresses the above selection criteria.

The successful applicant must satisfy NSW Working with Children and NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) teacher employability requirements and be eligible to work in Australia.
