Secondary Student Support Officer

Based in Port Pirie

We are currently inviting applications for a Secondary Student Support Officer, commencing March/April 2026. This is an outstanding opportunity to join our enthusiastic and passionate team at Mid North Christian College.

As a staff member of Mid North Christian College, the Secondary Student Support Officer will work collaboratively with the Learning Support Coordinator, classroom teachers and other staff as required to ensure the support of individual and groups of students in the secondary part of the College who require additional support in their learning and may also require some social and emotional support.

Skills and attributes of the successful candidate include:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Medium to high level of computer and literacy skills
Competent in the using a range of software programs
Effective time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail
Competent in applying first aid
Current Working with Children Check that satisfies the requirements of the College
Applicants are also required to have a sincere commitment to Jesus Christ, the philosophy of Christian Education and regular church attendance.
