Position Title: Human Resource Assistant

Position Summary:

We seek an organised and detail-oriented individual to join the Corporate Services Team across two campuses.

The successful candidates we desire:

• Current employee Working with Children’s Check (or willing to apply)
• Police Check (or willing to undergo)
• Tertiary qualifications in either Human Resources, Business Management, or a similar discipline or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations diplomatically
• Reliable, able to maintain confidentiality, and with well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of contemporary HR practices
• Deep commitment to the core values of Melton Christian College and Christian Education
• Demonstrated alignment with the vision, purposes, and expression of faith of the College
