Position Title: Primary Education Support Aide

Position Summary:

Melton Christian College invites supportive and motivated applicants who will play an essential role in working alongside teachers and making a difference in children’s lives. We seek applicants with good working knowledge of Christian Education and excellent communication, numeracy, and literary skills.

The successful candidates we desire:

• Current employee Working with Children’s Check (or willing to apply)
• Police Check (or willing to undergo)
• Qualification in a Cert III in Education Support or Cert IV School Based Education Support is highly desirable; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Patient, supportive, and encouraging but firm with children in a positive matter
• Deep commitment to the core values of Melton Christian College and Christian Education
• Demonstrated alignment with the vision, purposes, and expression of faith of the College
