Essential Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience working in an educational environment, supporting staff and student technology needs.
Minimum four years’ experience in a similar ICT or network administration role.
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of core network technologies, including wireless and switching infrastructure, subnet design, VLAN configuration, SD‑WAN, MPLS, and IPSEC‑based secure connectivity.
Experience with network infrastructure monitoring tools, such as PRTG.
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise telephony systems, including Avaya platforms.
Experience designing, implementing, and managing perimeter security technologies, including firewall platforms such as FortiGate.
Proficiency administering print management systems, including Papercut.
Experience supporting networked multifunction devices and photocopiers, including Fuji Xerox systems.
Experience supporting the following systems is highly desired:FACTS Student Management System

Canvas Learning Management System
Aruba Networking – Wired & Wireless
FortiGate Firewalls, including FortiManager
Avaya IP Office

Have a current First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificate or be willing to obtain
