About the role
This full-time (Primary) position is expected to commence in January 2026.
Join our growing Support Team and work alongside our Academic Staff to enhance our learning culture. We are seeking a motivated and engaged team player who can help support students to engage and connect with the curriculum, feel well supported and cared for in the playground and equip students with strategies for managing different environments. Responsibilities:
- Live out your faith in a Christian school community, with an attitude of support, care and excellence;
- Contribute to the holistic care and welfare of students;
- Support small groups of students throughout a range of Primary classrooms;
- Facilitate breakout groups where required to enhance student learning;
- Record student support delivered using the school based systems and structures;
- Support students to integrate and connect in the classroom and playground;
- Maintain high levels of professionalism, flexibility and collaboration with colleagues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy of data collection and reporting.
- You have an active Christian faith and regularly attend church.
