Lighthouse Christian College is seeking an experienced and passionate Outdoor Education Coordinator to lead and enhance our vibrant Secondary Experiential Education Program.

Skills & Capabilities

• Demonstrated experience in outdoor education, expedition leadership or experiential learning programs.
• Strong organisational, planning and project management skills.
• Experience coordinating camps, outdoor activities or adventure-based programs.
• Sound understanding of risk management, safety systems and compliance requirements in outdoor education settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with staff, students and key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to Christian education and the values and mission of Lighthouse Christian College.
• Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or ability to obtain registration.
• Current Working with Children Check and relevant child safety clearances.
