The successful candidate will have:

A Bachelor or Education or a postgraduate teaching degree (Master of Teaching)
A desire to teach in an environment where both Christian values and the development of the whole child are valued with active involvement in a Christian church
10 + years of teaching with minimum of 3yrs VCE English experience is essential with commitment to a concept-driven, structured-inquiry approach to teaching is preferred
A firm knowledge of the new VCE English curriculum
Current teacher registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
A sound understanding of the Child Safe Standards and a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children holding a current WWC check
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one within six months of employment
