Lake Joondalup Baptist College seeks to appoint a Technologies Assistant (Design & Technology).

The primary responsibility of the Design & Technology Assistant is to maintain the Applied Design and Technology and Metal work rooms, equipment and undertaking various tasks to assist in preparing the rooms, equipment and materials for classes.

The position is part time (0.41FTE) working three days per week  (8.30am – 3pm)  40 weeks per annum, commencing 19 April 2021.

Essential Selection Criteria

1.  A committed Christian and an active member of a church.
2.  A practical ability to solve problems.
3.  Excellent organisational and time management skills.
4.  Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
5.  Good written verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels.
6.  Intermediate computer and technology application skills.
