Suitably qualified and experienced applicants are encouraged to apply for this permanent part-time (3 days per week during term time) position, commencing January 2026.
The successful applicant will meet the following position selection criteria:
Essential
- Personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ including regular church attendance and a lifestyle consistent with the expectations of Christian faith.
- Supportive of the aims, principles and tenets of Kingsway Christian Education Association Inc.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to develop and nurture positive working relations with the College internal and external customer base, including students, parents, staff and visitors.
- Possess initiative and be a self-starter able to work with limited supervision, or as an effective part of a team, to achieve completion of tasks to deadlines.
- Able to anticipate and resolve problems, and take action for effective solutions having considered the risks.
- Able to maintain a positive work environment and poise under pressure during peak work periods.
- High level computer literacy with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, database systems and other College reporting systems.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective record keeping systems.
- High level customer service skills.
- Hold a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of recent experience, training or professional accreditation.
- Previous experience in a school environment.
Desirable
- Understanding and have knowledge of the TASS data management system.
- Hold a current “First Aid certificate
Kingsway is fully committed to the protection of children. Successful applicants must satisfy child protection screening and adhere to the College’s child protection policies and Staff Code of Conduct. The successful applicant must hold a WWCC Card (or able to apply) and National Police Clearance (no more than 3 months old).
