Opportunity

King’s Baptist Grammar School is seeking a dynamic and compassionate leader to join our team as the Deputy Head for Early Years and Junior School.

This pivotal role supports the Heads of School by overseeing and leading key areas related to staff leadership, student development and fostering partnerships with parents.  The role plays a crucial part in promoting a positive, inclusive and spiritually enriching environment where students thrive academically, socially and spiritually.

Employment Details

Role Type: Permanent full-time teaching appointment
Tenure: This position comes with a tenured position of responsibility.
Teaching Load: The role typically includes a 0.4 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) teaching load.

The role of Teacher at King’s underpins all positions of responsibility.   This role is for commencement in January 2025.

Essential Criteria

• A personal commitment to the King’s Vision, Mission and Values underpinning the delivery of a Christian- based education to students.
• Diploma of Teaching, Bachelor of Education or higher
• Completed the Growth Coaching Course (or a willingness to undertake it).
• Proven track record of achieving goals through collaboration and teamwork.
