We’re looking for an enthusiastic IT Technician to help keep our College’s technology running smoothly. In this role you’ll work as part of a team to resolve support requests, assist with laptops and iPads, manage hardware and peripherals, provide basic network support, and ensure all work is logged in our service desk system. You’ll also help with infrastructure installation, system documentation, and occasionally step in for the IT Manager.
