Hope Christian College is seeking an enthusiastic friendly, professional, and reliable Administration Officer to join our friendly, supportive Admin Team. Are you a people person? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? This is a full-time role over 5 days during school term weeks, with two extra pre-term weeks and four weeks paid annual leave (46 weeks), commencing in Term 4, 2025.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism
- Provide information and support to clients, ensuring an outstanding experience
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations at the Front Desk
- Support and care for our students with First Aid in our Health Centre
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
