The College is looking for a dedicated Year 6 Classroom Teacher to join our team for an initial 12 month replacement contract starting Term 2, 2025 (April 28) .

What You Will Do

Lead Year 6 students through a dynamic and engaging curriculum
Incorporate Christian teachings and values into lessons and daily classroom interactions
Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom culture
Encourage personal growth, resilience, and a love for learning in every student
Collaborate with a team of passionate educators and supportive staff
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about student progress

What We’re Looking For

A qualified and enthusiastic teacher with a genuine love for working with children
Experience in teaching Year 6 (preferred, but not required)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a caring and nurturing environment
A proactive approach to lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management
A commitment to the ethos of Christian education
