CREST Education comprises two independent, coeducational schools with over 2,100 students, an Equestrian Centre and an Environmental Reserve at Clyde North. Hillcrest Christian College, established in 1981, operates from Early Learning to VCE levels. Rivercrest Christian College is an authorised International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) World School and is a Middle Years Programme (MYP) candidate school, with modern facilities at Clyde North. It is a growing College, adding a new year level each year; our first Year 9 classes commenced in 2022.

The Administration Officer is expected to carry out a variety of administrative duties, including reception and the school bus service administration for Hillcrest students.

This role is suited to a candidate who is available to work five days per week. The standard working day is from 8:25am to 4:30pm. Six weeks of annual leave, taken during school holidays, applies to this role.

The successful candidate is:

·         an all-rounder who will enjoy working efficiently on a range of tasks including main reception, daily bus administration, correspondence and administration;

·         equipped with outstanding administrative, customer service and secretarial, skills across a range of tasks including support for the Corporate Services team, teachers and students;

·         physically capable of walking to collect younger students from their classroom and leading them to the bus area each afternoon – rain, hail or shine;

·         comfortable dealing with annual parent requests, determination of bus routes, liaison with the bus contractor and available to be contacted in the morning and afternoon in case of emergencies; and

·         preferably experienced in a similar role in an educational environment will be valued.
