Heritage Christian School (HCS) is a K-12 Christian school situated on a picturesque campus in Port Macquarie on the beautiful Mid North Coast of NSW. HCS exists to partner with families, and equip staff to develop highly capable students, of Christian character, ready to serve and enrich the community for the glory of God.

About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and strategic team member to oversee the coordination and optimisation of the school’s core digital platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring our systems work efficiently together, support staff and student needs, and align with school improvement priorities.
With a focus on practical implementation, staff support, and continuous improvement, the role includes system administration, documentation, training, and contributing to key projects — such as the rollout of platforms like Canvas LMS, Flexischools, Salesforce SIS, and others.
This full-time position is expected to start as soon as possible.
Key focus areas:
- Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of multiple school platforms
- Work alongside CEM and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and integration of digital tools
- Create user guides, SOPs, and training resources tailored to staff and family needs
- Identify system inefficiencies and lead improvements in workflow and user experience
- Provide data insights and operational reporting to inform school planning
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing support to admin and teaching teams

Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience managing and supporting digital systems or platforms in an educational or organisational setting
- A genuine interest in improving school operations and enabling staff through efficient systems and processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support non-technical users
- Excellent organisation, reliability, and attention to detail
- A valid Working with Children Check
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors
- A willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
