We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources & Staff Wellbeing Officer to support our growing team. This role combines HR administration, staff support, and wellbeing leadership in a Christ-centred context. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, staff records, and compliance; coordinating professional growth and performance processes; and developing wellbeing programs that foster connection, care, and a flourishing staff culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR or staff support, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and a genuine passion for people and Christian community.
