Christian Resource Ministries Inc (CRM), which is part of CRC Churches International, is a Pentecostal church located in Melbourne, Australia. CRM comprises church and college campuses (currently Wyndham Christian College and Heatherton Christian College), and has a vision to establish additional church and college campuses in the future. CRM is very excited about the future of the College, its ongoing impact into the lives of students and the growth of its campuses.

CRM is seeking applications from suitably qualified, experienced candidates for the position of Head of Campus (HOC) of Heatherton Christian College (HCC), in Melbourne, Victoria.

HCC is an independent P-12 College of approximately 400 students and is expected to grow to around 650 students over the next few years. HCC was established in1999 and is located in the South East suburbs of Melbourne. Our purpose is to provide an environment that is safe and encouraging, reinforcing the Christian values of our parents and families.  HCC maintains a dedicated team of staff of the highest calibre who are committed to ensuring all students are provided with the very best opportunities and potential for growth.

Reporting to the Executive Principal, the HOC manages the day-to-day operations of HCC. This includes implementing the Christian vision, mission, values and strategic plan at HCC. The HOC is expected to lead and engage with parents, staff, and students, and to continuously enhance awareness of the College’s values and to promote engagement and partnership with our vision.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, optimistic and dynamic education leader who has a reputation of excellence in Christian education and is committed to making an outstanding impact into HCC. The HOC will provide high quality and hands-on Christian educational leadership and management of HCC, in the teaching and learning programs, staff management, and through a depth of faith, vision, and skill in managing across all areas the ongoing development and success of HCC.

Remuneration includes negotiated package with applicable allowances.
