We are looking for a Transport Manager to lead our dedicated team of Bus Drivers.
This is a full-time position with an immediate start.

Your Skill Set
- Extensive knowledge/experience in transport operations
- Ability to effectively do weekly rosters and scheduling to include excursions and sports events
- Fleet coordination and driver supervision
- Compliance with QT transport and student safety regulations
- Risk management and incident response
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Stakeholder coordinator and communication (parents, staff, school leadership, service providers)
- Proficient in Microsoft suite as well as transport technologies.
About You
- Active Christian faith and commitment to a church community
- Passionate about student wellbeing and safety on the road
- Clear driving history
- Current Drivers Licence (MR or HR) and Drivers Authority (or willingness to obtain)
- Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
- School fleet experience desired
