GBCCS is a K-12 school located in the Canterbury-Bankstown LGA area of Sydney and draws Christian families from the surrounding LGAs making it a school that families commute to. GBCCS has high academic expectations and is intentional in fostering a strong Christian community culture which supports families in the formation of the next generation. Qualifications ·         Tertiary level qualification in IT ·         Has a working with Children Check (WWC) ·         Certified qualifications or demonstrated experience in managing IT systems Knowledge and Experience ·         Committed Christian actively involved in a local church whose behaviour is consistent with the Statement of Faith of GBCCS ·         An understanding of school operations and ways in which the school can be supported ·         Knowledge and management of networking systems including but not limited to Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Intune, VMWare, 3CX, Fortinet, Google Workplace Admin Console and enterprise networking and security. ·         Demonstrated ability in supporting MacOS, iPadOS, Windows (Desktop and Server) and ChromeOS. ·         Demonstrated ability to relate successfully to parents and students over a wide age range Functional Competencies ·         The capacity to think through issues from a Christian perspective and link decisions through a Christian worldview. ·         A capacity to build high quality relationships that encompass trust and respect with both internal and external stakeholders. ·         Ensure sensitive matters remain confidential. ·         Outstanding written and spoken communication skills. ·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ·         Communication and interpersonal skills. ·         Time management and organisational skills. ·         Initiate and lead continuous improvement in the area of responsibility. ·         Problem solving and think outside of the box. ·         Ability to work under pressure and tight timeframes. ·         Attention to detail. ·         An ability to facilitate change. ·         Commitment in personal and professional development.
