SECONDARY OPERATIONS OFFICER

To commence Term 1 2026

Permanent full time during school terms only

We are currently seeking a Secondary Operations Officer to join our Business Services team.

The successful applicant should possess the following:

·       Active involvement in a local church with a Minister’s reference;

·       Ongoing commitment to the College’s Purpose, Mission, and Statement of Faith;

·       Commitment to setting an example to students, staff and parents in matters of faith and conduct;

·       Demonstrated administrative experience in a school or similar environment.

·       Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems.

·       Sound understanding of confidentiality, compliance and professional standards.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Capacity to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with staff, students and families.

·       Experience working within an education setting would be highly desirable.
