Textile and Design Teaching Assistant

Glasshouse Christian College is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work in the Textile/Design Technology Department in the Middle and Senior School for four days per week during term time. The days worked in 2026 will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am to 3.15pm. This is a term time-only position.

The position is offered on an ongoing part-time basis with a six-month probationary period.

The successful applicant will;

• have high-level sewing skills
• be comfortable to assist Middle and Senior school students in a classroom setting
• be comfortable learning new technology with regard to sewing and design
