School Counsellor

Applications are invited for the position of a part-time School Counsellor with a track record of excellence in supporting students’ wellbeing with a strong commitment to Christian education.

Reporting to the Lead Counsellor, you will provide counselling services to students, recommend referrals to external agencies where required, assist in the assessment of students’ safety, and manage a variety of student wellbeing needs. You will bring your passion for assisting and advocating for individual students and families to the College and above all, have a willingness to engage, connect and care for our students. You will hold a degree (or higher) in counselling, social work, psychology or a related clinical health science field.

Flinders Christian Community College is a co-educational, non–denominational College with campuses located at Tyabb, Carrum Downs, and Mt. Martha offering education from K – 12.
