Tyabb Campus Full-Time, Ongoing Position Commencing 2026 College year Flinders Christian Community College have an opportunity for an inspiring and visionary leader as Head of Primary School at our Tyabb Campus. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of innovative and strong leadership of staff and students.  They will also be able to demonstrate a sound understanding and practical application of 21st Century pedagogy applicable to adolescents.  There is an expectation that the successful applicant will lead in the context of the Campus’ Vision, Mission, Core Values and Goals. The Head of Primary will work very closely with the Head of Campus and Deputy Head of Primary – Teaching and Learning and will lead a team of dedicated staff who share a passion for Christian education. They will be committed team members who provide an engaging, differentiated program using 21st Century Pedagogy. Flinders Christian Community College is a co-educational, non–denominational College with campuses located at Tyabb, Carrum Downs, and Mt. Martha offering education from K – 12.
