Assistant Head of Education Support

Combining high-level educational support and administrative skills, we are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to Christian education and can provide innovative and energetic assistance to the Head of Education Support and the Education Support team. This role will assist, co-ordinate and administer the Kinder to Year 12 Education Support Program but specifically the Primary area, to provide additional educational support and resources for students with specific additional needs under the direction of the Head of Education Support.  These needs include intellectual, social, emotional, behavioural and physical difficulties that cause significant impediment to learning, but the scope of the role extends to include gifted, talented and exceptional students.  This role will work to ensure classroom differentiation is a consistent and effective pedagogical practice among all teachers and the Education Support staff.
