ICT Operations Manager

Flinders Christian Community College is seeking to appoint an experienced and skilled ICT Operations Manager. The college maintains a wide range of technologies and network infrastructure to support learning, teaching, business and administration at our Carrum Downs, Tyabb and Mt Martha campuses. This new full-time role will lead a cross-campus team to support the ICT operational needs of the Flinders community. The ICT Operations Manager will take a lead role in analysis, planning, and consultation for annual technology refresh cycles, application support, and Service Desk management.

Responsible to the Head of Technology & Innovation, and with direction from the Network Systems Engineer, the successful applicant will join a motivated and professional Technology & Innovation Team. Opportunities exist to be involved in a range of technical and customer-facing duties according to experience, skills, and appetite for learning.

• Device deployment, diagnosis, fix (Windows 11, OSx, iOS, Intune, Autopilot)
• Office suites (Microsoft365, Google Workspace)
• Audio-visual (Projectors, passive and interactive panels, Vivi screen mirroring)
• Printer and Photocopier support (Papercut, Konica-Minolta)
• Campus Security (Salto, Hikvision, OnLocation)
• Microsoft (Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune/SCCM, ADFS)
• Networking (HP Comware, Ubiquiti, Ruckus, Palo Alto)
• VMWare or Hyper-V
• Veeam
• Scripting (SQL, Powershell, VBScript, Bash, PHP)
• Linux (Ubuntu)
