About Our College
Emmaus Christian College is a multi-campus, non-denominational school, providing quality, distinctly Christian education from ELC to Year 12.

About the Role
- Work among a growing team of committed Christian staff.
- Provide support to students across Year 7-12 at our South Plympton Campus, including in-class support, 1:1 subject support, and small group subject support.
- Promote student self-esteem by establishing supportive relationships.
- Liaise with teachers and provide feedback on student progress.

About You
- Be a committed Christian with a strong passion for Biblically based Christian education.
- Evidence of high-level interpersonal skills and experience in working with staff and young people.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, flexibility, priority setting and time management.
- Secondary School experience would be advantageous.
- Confident in Secondary School subject content (especially numeracy and literacy) or have a proven ability to take on new learning as required.
- Whilst not a prerequisite, holding a Certificate III or IV in School Based Education Support or demonstrating equivalent competencies at this grade would be an advantage.
- Current satisfactory Working with Children Check, RRHAN-EC.
- First Aid Certificate preferred but not essential.
