Seeking to appoint a Preschool Educator (Diploma / Cert III) commencing Term 4 2025
Dubbo Christian Preschool is a modern, growing and strongly resourced Preschool in a beautiful setting in regional NSW. It is a co-educational, non-denominational Preschool with over 100 enrolments and a mission “to provide foundational play-based learning filled with Christ’s love and teaching.”
The successful applicants will:
- have a Diploma or Cert III of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
- have a current valid Working with Children Check (or equivalent in their current jurisdiction)
- be an active and passionate Christian, able to accept and live out the BCE Statement of Faith
- have a demonstrated ability or experience to perform as an Educator
- have an ability to work in a team and maintain a positive and professional approach to children, co-workers and other members of the Preschool community
- have demonstrated proficiency and competence in the use of technology to enhance educational outcomes
- have high level of interpersonal and communication skills
- have a committment to the Preschool’s Child Safe Standards

Renumeration for this position will be in accordance with the NSW Christian Schools General Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2020-2023.
The commencement of this role will be in Term 4 2025.
