Dubbo Christian School is a modern, growing and strongly resourced school in a beautiful setting in regional NSW. It is a co-educational, non-denominational Preschool to Year 12 school with over 700 enrolments and a mission “to provide authentic, responsive and high quality education that is Bible based and Christ-centred to prepare, equip and transform lives”.
The successful applicant will have:
• Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong capability in social media management and content creation
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and Content Management System platforms
• Strong photography and basic videography skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff and stakeholders
• Understanding of school environments and sensitivity to working with children and families
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, media, design, or related discipline (preferred)
• Experience working in an education or not-for-profit environment.

Renumeration for this position will be in accordance with the NSW Christian Schools General Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2024.
The commencement of this role will be 20 April 2026 or earlier by negotiation.
