Dalby Christian College is a co-educational, Prep-Year 12 Christian School with secondary boarding and an Early Learning Centre. The College was established in 1981 and teaches from a Biblical Christian Worldview with the purpose of equipping young people of character and purpose in Christ.
The College is seeking a suitably qualified and highly motivated Industrial Technology Teacher who can actively support and uphold the values and Christian ethos of the College.
This position commences in 2026 and is an opportunity for a teacher who enjoys delivering hands-on learning experiences and inspiring students to develop technical, problem-solving and design skills.
The successful candidates would have the ability to teach:
- Design and Technologies syllabus (Years 7-10)
- Senior Industrial Technology Skills
- Senior Design
- Certificate II Engineering (or be willing to obtain the qualifications to teach)
An expression of a personal Christian faith, regular church attendance and a commitment to the ethos of Christian Education is essential.
Successful applicants will need to:
- Demonstrate the ability to integrate a Biblical Christian worldview into curriculum.
- Be highly motivated and organised in the planning and delivery of the curriculum.
- Have a passion to see each student succeed.
- Have a commitment to pastoral care and extra-curricular activities.
