The successful applicant will demonstrate:

· Demonstrated leadership experience in a school setting.
· Proven capacity to lead initiatives that improve student learning outcomes and educational excellence.
· Strong knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and contemporary educational practice.
· Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop staff.
· Experience in strategic planning, school improvement, and organisational leadership.
· Effective organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
· Sound understanding of relevant educational legislation, compliance requirements, and governance expectations.
· A commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative, and Christ-centred school culture.
Dalby Christian College is a co-educational, Prep – Year 12 Christian School with secondary boarding and an Early Learning Centre. The College was established in 1981 and teaches from a Biblical Christian Worldview with the purpose of equipping young people of character and purpose in Christ.
