Dalby Christian College is seeking a Head of Boarding in a full time, term time plus position to commence in January 2027.

The successful applicant will:

• A passion to work with teenagers in a Christian context
• Excellent behaviour management and pastoral care skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have oversight of the boarding staff
• An ability to work as collaborative member of the wider College team
• Hold a valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  Hold or be willing to obtain a LR licence

Dalby Christian College is a co-educational, Prep – Year 12 Christian School with secondary boarding and an Early Learning Centre. The College was established in 1981 and teaches from a Biblical Christian Worldview with the purpose of equipping young people of character and purpose in Christ.
