Early Childhood Educator for 2026

Dalby Christian College is a co-educational, Prep to Year 12 Christian School with secondary boarding and an Early Learning Centre. The College was established in 1981 and teaches from a Biblical Christian Worldview with the purpose of equipping young people of character and purpose in Christ.

The College is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to commence in 2026 in our Early Learning Centre.

Applicants will need to have:

·         A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or be working towards)

·         A current, cleared QLD working with Children check (or eligible to obtain)

·         Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting certification (or able to obtain)

The successful applicant will:

·         Have the ability to support Early Childhood Teachers in the delivery the educational program.

·         Be motivated to contribute to the educational program.

·         Have a passion to see each child achieve their potential.

·         Have the ability to work well in a team environment.

·         Have a knowledge of QKLG and NQF.

·         Have an understanding of play based learning.
