Hillcrest Christian College, established in 1981, operates from Early Learning to VCE levels, including VCE mainstream, VCE IB and VCE VM. Hillcrest Christian College invites applications for the position of Receptionist/ Administrator, working full time and starting as soon as available. The standard working day is from 8:10am to 4:15pm. Six weeks of annual leave, taken during school holidays, applies to this role (4 weeks paid and 2 weeks unpaid). The successful candidate: · is an all-rounder who will enjoy working efficiently on a range of projects and tasks; · is equipped with outstanding secretarial skills including word processing, data entry and document production; · has the ability to complete administration tasks whilst communicating effectively and prioritising customer needs; · contributes to the team effort towards school functions, information and awards nights; · is preferably experienced in a similar role in an educational environment.
