Trinity Christian School is seeking dynamic, innovative and nurturing Christian to support our
Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) Faculty. This position will commence in January 2019. Working
hours are 8:30am to 4:36pm, 41 weeks as year.

The Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) faculty (Art, Photography, Drama, Dance and Music) at
Trinity Christian School provide an opportunity to educate, train and develop the CAPA skills of
students from Kindergarten to Year 12. It is a very busy and demanding environment where
creativity is encouraged to flourish.
Purpose of the Position
To facilitate the operations of the CAPA classrooms and to support the teaching staff, in a manner
that is God honouring and consistent with the school’s vision to provide a Christ-centred education
in a learning community of Love, Nurture and Service. The CAPA assistant will ensure that order,
safety, maintenance, administration, preparation and forward thinking are given high priority at all
times, and thus contribute to high quality and professional CAPA spaces.
The CAPA assistant is responsible to the Principal through the CAPA Co-ordinator and the Business
Manager. The CAPA Co-ordinator issues day-to-day responsibilities. The Business Manager
determines the employment details.
