ICT Support Technician (Schools) — hands-on, real-world tech support!

Love fixing things, problem-solving and making technology run smoothly? As our ICT Support Technician, you will be the go-to person for day-to-day support across all Coffs Harbour Christian Community School campuses – keeping classrooms, staff and students online, secure and productive. You will work across a mix of devices, networks and cloud services, jumping from quick wins (password resets, device setup, printer drama) to deeper troubleshooting (connectivity issues, endpoint problems, account/access quirks). You will also help us continuously improve how we deliver ICT in an educational environment – so the next issue is prevented, not just patched.

The successful applicant will have a current Employee Working With Children’s Check (or be willing to obtain).
