Chevalier College is a 7-12 coeducational Catholic school with 900 students, owned and conducted by the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart (MSC). It is located in the beautiful Southern Highlands, 100km south of Sydney. At Chevalier College everyone is welcomed and valued. The Head of Technology Strategy & Innovation is a new role that will work closely with the Director of Enterprise Services, Executive Team and ICT Team. The role is responsible to the Director of Enterprise Services for the strategic leadership and management of all ICT services across the College.

The successful applicant will be a progressive thinker and dynamic, passionate leader. They will possess the vision and determination to create and grow and develop successful and innovative ICT solutions for the college.  They will be comfortable with uncertainty and able to pivot when needed. They will have strong strategic planning and analytical skills. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to inspire and motivate their team to work towards a common goal. Finally, they will be driven by a passion for innovation and growth, seeking new ways to improve and expand.

Applicants will also need to demonstrate:

·      Appropriate qualifications and experience

·      Demonstrated ICT, leadership and technical skills

·      Advanced interpersonal communication skills

·      Demonstrated ability to contribute positively to the charism and values of the College
