OSHC Educator

Cedars is a Prep to Year 12 independent private school with approximately 800 students located just 10 kilometres south of Wollongong in the heart of the beautiful Illawarra. OSHC Educator 

A permanent part-time position exists for an OSHC Educator to commence as soon as possible. The role offers flexible afternoon shifts during school term time only, ranging from 3 to 15 hours per week. Casual applications will also be considered.

Key requirements for this role are: 

• Communication and collaboration skills to effectively and professionally relate with staff and students
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Competence in hygienic food handling practices and storage
• An understanding of food related allergy management
• A current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID012) or be willing to obtain
• Focus on supporting families and promoting inclusive practices
• Passion, enthusiasm and commitment to teamwork and high-quality care
• Professional presentation
• Proactive
