Early Childhood Educator

Cedars is a Prep to Year 12 independent private school with approximately 800 students located just 10 kilometres south of Wollongong in the heart of the beautiful Illawarra.

EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR 

Permanent full-time commencing January 2025. A permanent full-time position exists for an Early Childhood Educator to commence in 2025.

Key requirements for this role are:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
• A current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID012) or be willing to obtain
• NSW Working with Children Check
• Have previous experience in an Early Childhood setting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Focus on supporting families and promoting inclusive practices
• Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to teamwork and high-quality care
• Professional presentation
• Enthusiasm in their involvement in the co-curricular life of the College

The Early Learning Centre operates 48 weeks per year and is open from 7:30am – 6pm.
